San Francisco, CA – The Stand Foundation and JobExpo365 will be hosting a Virtual Job Fair on Tuesday, December 3, 2013 from 10 am to 6 pm Central Time.

JobExpo365 allows employers to connect with top talent and gives job seekers the opportunity to apply for dozens of available positions without the inconvenience and expense of traditional job fairs.

“This is going to be the first Virtual Job Fair in the state of Arkansas,” said Sean Johnson of the Stand Foundation.

Following the success of other virtual events, the Virtual Job Fair will allow recruiter and applicants to connect online. Unlike the physical limitations of an offline Job Fair, candidates can immediately submit their details for the job in real time after speaking with a recruiter or the HR department.

“So much is done online these days and this has already been proven successful in many other markets,” he explained.

“It’s just like a physical Job Fair. There is a lobby and be able to go in to each booth to chat live with recruiters from the human resources,” added Johnson.
